Why is the next button appearing on my form?

I am using the page break button or next button for the survey part of my form.  However, in the preview mode, it is showing on the first few questions where I do not want it.  How do I correct this?

It took me some time to understand the issue but, it is resolved now.

The issue was that the page break will appear by default on the first page, even if you hide other fields using condition.

I added an additional condition to hide the pagebreak
