    Unable to open the file attachments. It shows 404 error message.

    Dear Sirs

    At the beginning of this week, I have submitted a request for assistance regarding notifications which has never received an answer.

    On several occasions, we have not received notification of submitted forms.

    Another problem that was reported is the failure to pen links as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Please provide assistance asap because we have quite a few very upset customers.

    Hello Luca,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check our records but could not locate any support request related to notification.

    The latest support request which was received was related to "Unable to open attachments" was already addressed by one of my colleague:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/1044259-Unable-to-open-attachments-unless-I-logged-into-my-account#1 

    Another problem that was reported is the failure to pen links as shown in the attached screenshot.

    I would suggest you to please share the attachment file URL which showing the 404 error message and we will take a look.
