All forms disappeared from my site.

I'm using Jot form for a while to collect orders from my customers. Since yesterday all forms disappeared from my site! I have tried again to paste the java script on one of my pages but it doesn't work.

Have you changed something at your side?

Hello Jürgen,

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now and all your forms are back online.
