I reported difficulty in testing with PayPal sandbox. I have now discovered that PayPal has changed my sandbox login, and once I updated my password and used the new login name, it works.

I see you appear to have been previously having a problem with your paypal credentials and using it with the sandbox enabled on our paypal integration.
It sounds like you were able to figure it out and we're very happy to hear that it works for you now but, if you need help or if that's incorrect just let us know.
