Can We Have A Unique Encryption Key For Each Department?

We have different departments and want the submissions to be accessed by the individual department heads only. Is it possible to setup separate encryption keys for the individual department heads? On the employee performance review template, can we have a unique encryption key for each department?

I'm afraid that's not possible with the form encryption feature.

This feature only generates one private key per account.

What you can do instead is to share the private key (jotform.key file). It should also work for them.
