How can I embed my form on a microsoft office 365 website?

    I keep getting the error message shown in the screen shot.  Then only a portion of the form will show, and the form does not actually work.

    Please try to use iFrame for the embed code. Just copy and paste the iFrame code to that html widget.

    This show a vidoeo on how to do it...

    make sure to allow that the cehckbox under account... settings ... allow your forms to be copied is set else it will not work same go for google apps integration...
