I was added as a sub-user of a paid account, but I still cannot make more than 5 forms, remove JotForm branding, etc. Looking for some help.

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

I would like to apologize, however, please be noted that sub-user accounts do not acquire the same usage limit of the main account.

As a sub-user account, you will only be allowed to view submissions of the form and/or edit the form that is shared with you.

You have, however, the option to drag the form from your account's MyForms page to the Main Account's Folder that you will find in the left side panel under "Share with You".

Dragging your form to the folder of the Main Account transfers the form completely to that account.

A confirmation pop-up will, however, show to confirm the transfer.

This will lessen the form count in your account and the form transferred will have the limits of the account that owns it.
