    Hello nirvman,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    What error message are you getting when form is submitted? I did check your last edited form "Donation" and did not find any issue with that. It is correctly connected to your Stripe live account and you should not have any trouble.

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists. You may also like to share a screenshot of the error message and we will take a look. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you on how to upload image in forum post:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

    I tried the form in test mode and in live and I get this same error every
    time. Please assist ASAP.

    Isn't this related to your first thread about the preview widget?

    Let us know if not and please access this thread and use the image tool to upload the screenshot. You have to upload because this forum can't accept email attachments.
