Why my form is not functioning normally?

I have set up a form and it has stopped functioning properly.  It is set up so that at the end of one section the user is asked a question as to whether they have finished completing the form or wish to complete the next section.  If they choose the "I'm done" option, they should be brought to the submit section.  However, the form won't do that any more.  It insists on moving them on the section where they supply additional information.  What has gone wrong and how do we fix it.  It is the "Writer Submission Form" within my account, username - WMMCanada

I checked your form and the image you provided. What I didn't understand is this, you want to skip the page you're already in, and you're receiving those error messages because you didn't fill that same page. Which is normal behavior. You can not skip the page you're already in (that is not filled).
