I see that you are referring to this one (please see image below)

What does Forms in my usage limits mean? Image 1 Screenshot 20

I have checked your account and I see that it is a sub-user account of another account (main) and the forms that you are able to create under your account are automatically saved to the main account's folder. The number 72 represents the number of "active/enabled" forms shared to your account by the main account. 5, on the other hand, is the maximum number of forms that a non-paid account can create under its account. However, accounts that are not subscribed even to our starter plan (free subscription), like your account (sub-user), will not be affected by this limit since all the forms you create will count against the number of forms count of the main account.

I hope this helps. If, in any case, you have any further questions or concerns, regarding this, please feel free to contact us again anytime.

    Thank you.
