forms being sent to wrong email

    The form entitled "SKIPLEX" should be sent to, but it keeps going to


    I had this exact same problem a few days ago with another form.  You were able to fix it on your end.

    You can update the recipient of the form notification within the JotForm editor, there are two Email alerts set the first alert named Notification has as the email recipient.

    To update this please open your form in JotForm then take the following steps:

    1. Click on "Setup and Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar
    2. Click on "Email Alerts"
    3. Select Notification
    4. Click on "Reply-to and Recipient Settings", you can change the recipient email address
