Can I redirect a particular answer to a particular URL?

I want to find out the interests of my group, to segment them into "buckets" I can follow up with according to their particular interests.

So, I'd like each answer option to lead to a unique URL, or to have a tag that could be tracked.

Can I do that? How?

I'm guessing what you need is to conditionally route a user/respondent to a different URL upon form submission based on their answer/response.

If that's the case, you can achieve this using Conditions.
