Regarding automation of a template

    Hi there -

I am trying to figure out a way to automate the filling out of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. I have a "template" here on Google docs,   although I'm not really sure if it's actually a real template - for some reason templates give me brain freeze. What I'd like to do is create a form that would automatically insert info from certain fields into the template of a NDA form so I don't have to do it manually.

The fields I need are Date, Client Name, Writer First Name, Writer Last Name, and Project Name. My current form doesn't have all of these, but I could change the form and add to it - if I knew a way to make sure they would translate to the correct spot in the template.

I know there is Zapier - but I also know you have apps and widgets... What is the best way to accomplish this?

I am sure there are businesses that do this kind of thing all the time, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to make it work.

    Thanks in advance!

    Lynn

As I can understand you want to send some variables from the JotForm to the google document, I can see you have marked the text you need to get replaced with the info from the JotForm.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment, I'm not sure if Google allows to do this through its API, but I could not find a way to achieve this, so far you could only send the data to a spreadsheet in google docs
