My credit card has been charged when I am on the FREE option.

    I previously purchased a plan back in December of 2015.  I previously cancelled it and noticed that you have charged my credit card $70 this month.  I would like this charge removed.

    Hello Kimberly,

    It seems on Jan 08, 2017 you have cancelled your bronze yearly subscription plan form your Paypal account but your subscription was renewed automatically on Dec 20, 2016.

    I have sent a request to our billing team to process the refund for your last subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
