How can 2 people access encrypted forms?

My assistant and I need to be able to access encrypted forms in the same account.  I can see the submission data, but she cannot see the data in my account.  She uploaded the encryption key, but the data is still encrypted when she logs in.  Please advise. 

Encrypted data can only be decrypted with encryption key. Maybe you did not provided correct key or key was saved in wrong format. 

Encryption key file should be saved as ordinary text. Please send your assistant key again and tell her to save the field as ordinary text and then to try again.
