Every form I create is disabled

Your account is currently suspended. Our phishing detector tool suspended your account automatically. I checked your form and I saw fields that are asking for credit card information. This is not allowed here in JotForm, you cannot collect credit card details using regular text fields. Please check our terms of use.

I have deleted the guilty fields so that I can re-activate your account. You need to use a payment processor if you need to collect payments from your users.
