    I am not receiving my responses or submissions in my email inbox

    Good day,

     

    I am not receiving my responses of the forms on my website in my email inbox (jano@cjvcorpsafe.co.za). When I try and confirm the email address, I get an error message that says that my email address is blocked and that I must contact you. Could you please assist.

    I have removed jano@cjvcorpsafe.co.za from the bounce list.

    Here is the reason why it's blocked.

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'An address in this message is listed=  on inv-uri.rbl.spamrl.com. Please organise removal and retry.'

    Please contact your email provider and let them whitelist Jotform and the following Jotform IPs.
