How to decrypt form data

I am not able to read the submitted results of only one of our forms.  Results appears encrypted.  For all other form submissions (for a different request forms template, we can read them).   

To be able to decrypt submission data you will need to upload a private key file. The private key file is usually named jotform.key, the file is downloaded when you enable the form encryption.

Do you get the following dialog pop-up when you open submissions page?
