Will submission limit that is not used be transferred to the next month?

Hello, if I use the free account, and get 100 submission/ month and the next month  I get 100 submossion again?

The first 100 submission will not be erased right?

Unfortunately, no, that is not the case. Limits are not adding and transferring to the next month. All limits are reset every first of the month.
