I recently cloned a form from my personal account, and moved it over to our business account, and am now having trouble viewing the form on My Forms. If I click the My Forms tab, the entire list of our forms blinks on for a second, and then the screen reverts to forms that are sorted into folders to the left of the screen. Within those folders, I cannot find the new, cloned form I added, and the list of all our forms isn't up long enough to even click on anything.Page URL:

I found that this form belongs to another username (not the one you used on this thread). And so far I could not reproduce the My Forms list view issue at this time.
But I could be checking the wrong issue. I need to confirm first what was the username and the form you were using when you encountered the issue so we can look into it further.

Yes, this is the form. The user name is email@example.com where I am seeing the issue. When I looked back at the My Forms page, the long list seemd to stay up, unlike earlier when it defaulted quickly to the 2017 folder contents.

You should be able to see the form in the list because the username owns this form.
The username you were using previously was vgraft. It was another account.
Let us know if still not resolve.

Yes, vgraft is my personal account. This seem to be working now.

Actually, I just attempted to clone another form from my vgraft account into the deltasports.events account, and it's acting the same way again. I logged into my vgraft account, went to the form, hit Publish, copied the link to the form, logged out of vgraft, logged into deltasports.events, selected the 2017 folder, hit Create Form at the top, and chose Import form from Web, and copied the link. The new clone shows up in a long list, which appears very briefly, and then it snaps to the contents of the 2017 folder, which only contains the previously cloned form.

This is correct though. Please refer also to the user guide :How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
If you import a form by cloning it FROM vgraft account, the imported/cloned form will appear in the DeltaSports account.
Do you want to clone the form instead to the same account/username vgraft? You should clone the form within the account instead. See this user guide:

No, I'm actually trying to move the forms from my personal account, where I created them, into our business account, where their usage is already paid for.

You want to move the forms from vgraft to DeltaSports right?
You can copy the forms by cloning one by one. You will need to be logged in to DeltaSports account and the clone the form using the URLs
We can do the transfer for you. We can transfer all the forms from vgraft to DeltaSports.
If we do the transfer, it will physically move all the forms including all the submission data. This means that all forms will not be in vgraft anymore but will all be in DeltaSports.
