How to integrate my forms with a CRM platform?

    Hy there

    We are looking for a CRM or a ticketingsolution combined with JotForm.
    It should be possible to integrate a lot of different fields/data including file uploads.Here is the example of the form: https://www.reklamationszentrale.ch/%C3%BCber-uns/callformular/

    All those informations (incl. File Upload) should be saved in a crm or ticketingsolution.

    Do you have any advice?

    You can find many CRM integrations in our application page: https://apps.jotform.com/category/crm.

    I have also checked your form in the link above and it is seen that you didn't integrate this form with any of CRM integrations.

    Please share more specific information about the CRM program which you wish to use. We can provide more detailed guide for you if you explain your issue more detailed. 

    Finally, could you please explain what Ticketingsolution is?

    OK, Thanx for your feedback.

    I'll try to explain our business maybe you can give us some advice which crm fits the best.

    We are a consumer protection organisation. Consumers can either call us and explain their problem or the fill out the online form (jotform) and send us:

    their own contact details

    the contact details of the company they are complaining about

    explaining details regarding their complaint

    sending files regarding their complaint (invoices, letters, pictures etc.)

    Choosing between different possibilites we will be helping them (like writting a letter, lawyer advice etc.)

    the data base of the crm needs to be adjustable like jotform with the same fields. Best case would be that the crm creats a contact (of the consumer/customer) connected to a task which has to be handled by us (this is a ticketing solution, either pending, awaiting response, closed etc). The jotform fields other than contact details of costumer shoud be added to this task.

    Other need the crm should fullfill:

    data reports

    letters similar to microsoft word templates should be created directly in the system or to export the data as csv file.

    I'm sorry, but I honestly don't know the entire features of the CRM systems that we integrate. Maybe, you should compare the CRM systems online. I've found this one:

    You can filter your own comparison in the website, just head over to the homepage and start from there. 

    I used Zoho, they support everything you've listed but I don't think they support File Uploads. You may consider trying them, they offer a free trial.

    Yes, thats ok.

    But can you tell me wich crm is working with the file upload functionality of jotform an can ad the same fields like i used in jotform?

    Unfortunately, none of the integrated CRMs have the file upload functionality. Open a new thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
