Will "Send Emails Later" auto-responder trigger even if the form is disabled?

    Dear Jotform,

After submission of my form it switches to unavailable. I also have set an autoresponder e-mail at a specific date in the future to remind them to fill out another form.

My question is: If the form status is set to unavailable does the autoresponder e-mail at a specific date send, or is this prevented because the form is closed?

    With kind regards,

    Esther

    Hello Esther,

As far as I know, the auto-responder email will trigger even if the form is disabled.

I will go ahead and test this feature by scheduling an auto-responder email alert. I will get back to you with my findings.

    Thank you!

    Hello Ashwin,

Thanks! Can you tell me more about your findings? Also I would like to know if it is possible to send an autoresponder as an reminder to all the reciptients that have already submitted the form? Do you know how I can do this? Thanks again! Kind regards, Esther
