Sub Accounts can't Share (Publish) Form URL

    Hello,

I'm curious as to why my sub accounts (I'm on JotForm Gold) don't have the same options I do when they click on a form that's shared with them, "more", then "publish". For me, I have different options "Share Form", "Copy Link", etc. For my sub accounts, they only get a small window that pops up that with the text to copy to embed the form. They really need the same options I have, "Share Form", "Copy Link", etc.

    Best regards,
    Kimberly

What is the username of the account that does not have full access to the forms shared to him? It could be that this user does not have edit mode rights:

The main account owner can go to the Users tab, and provide full access to the form: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/users

Let us know if you need more help.

His username is bheaton@alphabest.org. And he should have permissions to both edit and view submissions for the form I'm referring to which is "Cartooning Survey 2016/17". See attached photo.

Okay, so I figured out he does have the traditional options "share form" and "copy link" if he goes to edit the form and clicks publish from the top on the screen. However, he doesn't have these options if he highlights the form, clicks more, and then publish. Just that originally screenshot I sent comes up.

So there is a workaround, it's just not super convenient to have to explain to my 80 sub accounts. I imagine this is how it is for everyone on the paid plans of JotForm and, respectfully, if this was ever changed to reflect what I see (share form/copy link) when highlighting the form, clicking more, then publish, that would be fantastic.

I've inspected this problem a little further for you and as far as I know I think this is how our developers programmed it to function currently.

What I'll do is pass this along to our developers to see if we could possibly improve that feature similarly when both options are enabled and they'll look it over for consideration.

If it's added then we'll let you know here at that point in time.
