How can I Create Check In/Out Form

Is there a premade form or a way to create a form with a calendar that can do "Check in/out"?  What I am trying to do is when something is selected, like "Book 1", and someone is taking it from 2/1/17 to 2/10/17 and have it be grayed out on the calendar to show that "book 1" is unavailable for that time period.  Is that something that can be done in JotForm?
