Dropbox Integration with Jotform

I would like to have a jotform that directly exports entries into a specific subfolder on my Dropbox. (For instance, Dropbox > Folder: Customer Service Inquiries > Spreadsheet w/ Form Entries automatically uploading)

Is this possible? From the support article it seems like all of the integrated Drive docs would need to be in a Dropbox > Jotform Folder.

Please let me know if you have any ideas (or if I need to explain my question more clearly?)

    Thanks!

With our Dropbox integration you're only able to create a main folder and sub-folders per submissions where the data will be sent, upon a submission the PDF with the submitted data and the uploads will be sent to the Dropbox folder.

If you would like to send submissions to an Excel file then you will need to use this app: https://apps.jotform.com/app/reports_to_cloud

This will send an Excel report to your Dropbox account with the submissions.

    Hope this helps.

Great! But is there a way to update how often the responses are fetched and the excel sheet in Dropbox is updated?

    Thanks!

I'm afraid not - the responses are sent to Dropbox right away when a submission is made on your form.

Do you mind elaborating a little bit more about what you had in mind with the dropbox update time delay?
