    Left margin

    Asked by mooizo on June 07, 2012 at 08:00 AM

    Hello guys,

    I can't get rit of the left margin on my jotform. For example: http://uwdakonzezorg.nl/contact/

    I tried

    .form-line {

    padding-left: 0px;

    }

    as suggest in an other topic (http://www.jotform.com/answers/102059-how-do-i-remove-the-left-padding-on-my-form) but sadly it doesn't help. Changing to left-margin 0 px didn't resolve the problem either.

    Can anybody please help...

    Thanks!

    Remon

    If it's the Clone of Contactformulier form to which you're referring, I'm seeing margin-left instead of padding-left for the property. Changing it should solve the problem.

    You can try to inject this custom css and inject it in your form.

    .form-all {margin: 0px 0px;}

    If this doesn't work either let us know so we can further assist you.

    Thank you!

    @mooizo

    I suspect that our CDN's edge location server in your area may not be refreshing its content. Try the following and let us know if it helps:

    1. Change the the src attribute in the Jotorm script embedded in your web page from http://form.jotformeu.com/jsform/21581499290360 to http://www.jotformeu.com/jsform/21581499290360

    2. Replace your current injected CSS with the following rule:

    .form-line, .form-label-left {
    padding-left: 0;
    }

    3. Save the form

    Hopefully this helps. Please let us know the result.

    Hi Jot Form,

    I treid both Forum recommendatsion to adjust the left margin, neither are working on my site,  *** URL removed ***

    This WP template has a Rocket panle or Master key for injecting CSS, and this is where I've applied the rule(s) suggested above.

    Where else could I try ti apply this rule to reduce the margin, in the editor? Or directly in the jotform embed script?

    Thank you,

    Hi Jot Form Support, I've used the Prefernces, advanced settings CSS in Jot Form embed, and still the margins are not reduced

    I require Zero margin. I cannot tell if this is WP issues or Jot Form.  This maybe a formatting issue withint WP tempalte.  All forms are showing up on center of columns, vs aligned to far left of the columns

    Thank you

    Hi Luxli

    In Google Chrome, the following CSS rule appears on line 353 of your page's source, enclosed in script tags instead of style tags:

    .form-line, .form-label-left {padding-left: 0;}

    Please replace the script tags with style tags and let us know if it helps.
