I have an event registration form which contains several options for dates. The registrant clicks a radio button next to a date to specify which day they would like to attend. I'd like to auto send a reminder email a few days before each event to only those who selected a specific date.
To further clarify, assume 75 people used the same form to register for a tour of our school. 25 people signed up to tour in January, 25 in February, and 25 in March. Several days before the February tour, I want a reminder email to be sent only to those 25 who selected the February radio button on the form.
Can I do this in JotForm?
Thanks
Kristen

Hi Kristen,
It is possible to send AutoResponder Emails on a later date. If you want to send emails to submitters on specific days according to their selections (Jan, Feb, Mar), you need to use Change Email Recipient condition, too.
Please follow the steps below:
1- How to set up autoresponder emails
Create three Autoresponder Emails for Jan, Feb and Mar.
2- Open the settings of the AutoResponder Email. Click Advanced.
3- Find the Sends Emails Later option in the coming page. Select 'On a later date' in the dropdown.
I have selected Jan 1st, 2018 for the date. This email will be sent to the submitters who selected to attend January tour.
Please create such Autoresponder Emails for February and March.
4- How to set up conditions
Now, after we finished email settings, we can create our form and conditions.
Please have a look at the following image. I have created a basic form.
As you see in the above image, emails will be sent to recipients according to user selections in the radio button.
Please look at the following images about how to set up Change Email Recipient conditions.
Please feel free to let us know if your need any other details.
Thank you.
