Product order form responsive

    Hi, greetings.

    I'm trying to make this order form but its not mobile friendly. Can you please check and tell me how to fix this out.

     

    I'm trying to achieve a similar look as attached in the picture, but more important is responsiveness.

    If I understand you correctly you're having a problem getting your form to be mobile responsive.

    We have guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-mobile-responsive that can help you with this problem.

    However, if it doesn't look right then you would need to create and inject some additional css to add to tweak it further so that it looks better with your form.

    I attempted to look at your form but, I am a not sure if I have the right form or not since it was disabled (one touch product form) and your screenshot from above shows something completely different from that unless that was just for telling us it's for mobile.
