     Hi

    With my Premium account jotfform(mediatecnicacomercio), I designed a form (http://form.jotformz.com/form/21566802186658) and place to be filled out from a blog (http://mediatecnicacomercio.blogspot.com/).

     Once I noticed he was getting close to 1,000 shipments, I made a change in the blog so that information passed to completion in another form (http://form.jotformz.com/form/21584164946663) of other premium account (ebaru)

     Jotffform checking accounts, I note that both forms are still receiving information, but the last form should be active.

     My questions are:

     1. Why is the first form (21566802186658), continues to receive information if I changed it on the blog on the other (21584164946663)

     2. What is the real limit of the premium account?   ¿1,100? 1.200 ...?

     thanks

    Hi;

    Your for 21566802186658 is under 'mediatecnicacomercio' username on premium account has already exceeded its quota limit having received 1116 forms hence its forms will be disabled. But for 21584164946663 is under username 'ebaru' which is active and which has accumulated only 815 form submissions hence still active; a reason why it is receivinf submissions.

    For second question, the quota limit for Premium is 1000 normal, SSL and payment form submissions. For more details check on this link; http://www.jotform.com/pricing/

    Please lets know if you need further assistance.

    The answer sent me is true. But I have this question:

    Why 21566802186658 form continued to receive information if yesterday was not available at the link in the blog?

    @mediatecnicacomercio

    Sorry to butt in. Here's my opinion on this matter:

    Why 21566802186658 form continued to receive information if yesterday was not available at the link in the blog?

    It is possible that users are on the process of filling out the form when you changed the link in your site to 21584164946663.

    Note that a Premium user is limited to only 1000 submissions per month. However, we do not immediately disable an account that has reached the said limit. Our system sends a notice first, then disables the account at the end of that day (exactly 12 midnight New York time).

    That is the reason why form 21584164946663 continued to receive responses even if it's way past the 1000 monthly limit.

    Thanks for the prompt replies.

    I have one last concern:

    What about the responses of customers to fill out the form if the account has reached the limit (1,000) for a premium account?

    The responses are saved, provided that the account is not disabled yet. The account mediatecnicacomercio is still active, hence, the form responses beyond the 1000 limit are recorded. However, the said account will be disabled in a few hours since it has already reached its limit.

    When it becomes disabled, the form can no longer receive new submissions until the counter resets to zero on the first day of the following month.
