How can I make sure certain fields on my form are completed

I am finding that people are skipping over some of the fields on my form.  (Such as the payment field).  Is there an app or a widget I can use to make sure certain fields are always completed?  The form is called Adopt A Paca Registration Form.

You need to turn ON the required fields so the user won't skip any fields on your form. Here's how:

Open your form and select the field you want to turn ON the required option. You need to do this on all the fields you don't want your user to skip.
