How can I have multiple Crop options in Uploadcare widget?

Hi 

I want to use the uploadcare wdget in a form but using it in jotform does not allow me to use all of the features such as a multi crop option.

Why is this not available ?

The Crop option in the widget is disabled. I've enabled that for you. Please check again.

Thanks but that is not what I am referring to. I know I can set crop options to aspect ratio and other options but I want to set multi crop options. As in the image below.

From reading the uploadcare documentation this should be possible by adding some code to the global settings. But this does not work or is not an available option. Why ?

You can indeed add your own custom global settings to this widget. Simply open your form in our Form Builder:

Open the Uploadcare widget's configuration wizard:

Scroll down in the configuration wizard, and you'll see the area where you can set up your additional global settings:

If you need assistance with the exact global settings you need in order to use your desired functions, please either consult Uploadcare's documentation or their customer support, as they have a far greater understanding of their own options and would be able to better assist you in that regard.

I have just been told this by uploadcare,

John,

normally you would add global parameters (UPLOADCARE_CROP) in global settings. However, currently Jotform does not support setting multiple crop options. I'll let you know when the feature becomes available, meanwhile let us know if you have more questions.

Do you have any idea when the multi crop will be available in jotform?

We cannot provide you with any kind of estimates on how long it might take to get this implemented, but your feature request is on our developers' radar so that it can be worked on and implemented time-permitting.
