Why submissions are not immediately sent via email?

    Unless the DropBox was just set back up by someone at JotForm when I look it says it IS configured. I have submitted 7 submission forms since 4pm. They eventually came through although not to Dropbox and they each took 15 to 20 minutes each to pop in to email.
