Cannot Submit Form Error: Failed to set exception option.

I just ran into the same error please let me know what to do to fix this problem

With which form you are having this issue with?

What is you JotForm account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? I am unable to find any details with your email address asif_sheikh@live.com. Please let us know any of your form ID / form URL or web page URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.
