    Hi,

I'm trying to do quite a complex calculation for an events catering company. They want a calculation that works out a quote depending on the no. of people multiplied by the menu option.

The quote would work out that if you entered a number between the variables below then a percentage would be added or discounted to the order.

    No. of people 0-200 (0%), 201 - 399 (-10%), 400 -599 (-20%), 600+ (+25%) x

    There are 3 menu options

    £11.95 inc Vat

    £14.55 inc Vat

    £16.50 inc Vat

    Thanks in advance!

Is this related to your question on the other thread here? My colleague has replied to it.

To do greater than conditions, you will have to use a number field or calculation field as the trigger point. I checked your form and I think you've already figured this out.

Base on your description, I don't think you will need the party size field. You can do it like the following.

    Hope this helps
