User Documentation

I am trying to use the free version of JotForm to design an online form. However, whenever I get stuck and try to refer to the Help screens or to articles on the Internet, the information does not seem to stack up with what I see on the screen.

Am I doing something wrong ?

May be that you found some old threads with references to our previous versions of JotForm, our user guide with updated screenshots from our recent wizards can be found here: https://www.jotform.com/help 

The screenshots are based on the v3 builder and they will be eventually updated to refer to our new v4 builder.

You may also provide us the details about what you need to achieve via our forum and we will be glad to help you.
