    Hello rgearld12,

I checked your email history and likewise from the account tblarson but it seems that all emails were sent properly. Can you give us the link to the form which has this issue?

Also please check your spam folder for possibilities of the missing emails to have landed there.

If you are using an email client software such as Eudora, Mozilla Thunderbird, or MS Outlook, please log in to your webmail account instead and check the spam folder there. Chances are the emails have landed on the spam folder which prevented your emails to get downloaded/synced to your email client application.

If none of these resolved the issue, please let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hello liyam,

I have checked my spam folder and there are no emails from Jot Form. I even deleted the email address for the links I have and added them back. I have even added an additional email address and that address is not receiving email notifications as well.

I did receive an email notification on Feb 4th from WalkinTubsReview.org. Client name Daniel Locurto.

    Help!!!

    Thank you.

We appreciate the update about this problem.

When you received an email notification on 2/4 from "WalkinTubsReview.org" is that the same form that you haven't been receiving anything else from or another if any more?

Please confirm so that we can investigate the problem further.

I have checked the web pages and it seems the form is cloned multiple times. As I checked the forms, I notice that there are few conditions setup on the form to redirect the notification. Please note that if there are conditions set for a notification, it will be sent only if the condition is true. We request you to review the conditions on the forms so that you should be receiving the email notifications normally.

For example, the form http://www.jotform.us/form/41280452438149 is having some conditions to send based on the State field on the form.

I am not receiving email notifications when a submission has been made Image 1 Screenshot 20

However, when we check the submissions received, the State value in the submissions is not matching any of the conditions. So, the email notification is not sent.

    Hope this information helps!

Please advise on how to set up:

    1. Default Notification

    2. Specific Notification

When the form is submitted, it should send notification to Default Notification.  When the state is any of those "Condition", it should send notification to Specific Notification.

so you are say if we have conditions, only the conditions are met it will send notification? When the condition is not met, it does not send notification at all?

Sure. To answer your question for "so you are say if we have conditions, only the conditions are met it will send notification? When the condition is not met, it does not send notification at all?" yes, it only sends based on true or false rules depending on what was selected.

Here's an example of that https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer even if there are several but it is still only if true otherwise if false nothing happens unless you have another by itself without that conditional ruling.

So for instance for your Default and Specific Notifications:

When the form is submitted, it should send notification to Default Notification.

The default notification will be sent when submitted. If you set a yes/no conditional rule then it would be sent if only if true as explained above.

When the state is any of those "Condition", it should send notification to Specific Notification.

Not sure I understand what you mean here?
