Trying to logon with my laptop, I usually use my desktop! But tells me email is not registered. Been using Jotform for ages now.

Hey Kate, that's not your registered email address. I found one account, in the Bronze Plan, with the following details:
Just log in using any of these and it should work. If you forgot your password, hit the FORGOT PASSWORD link on the LOGIN PAGE.
