Hi! I have a little issue. I use zappier to add my form infos to google calendar. I use the european format DD/MM/YYYY
sent to google calendar by zappier changes it to MM/DD/YYYY so a date on the 4th february 2017 is shown on the 2nd april 2017.
I know i can transform the date format in zapier, but then I need another step and have to pay 20$ instead of 0$ just for this step.
Strange question, but can i somehow transform by formcalculator the input (dd/mm/yyyy) date to a text string (mm/dd/yyyy)? Then zapier would read it correct, but my customers still could use the european calendar format.
I need some text field that reads out the day, month, year and format it in a way i need it.
Klaus

The easiest way to achieve your requirement is to add another DateTime field to your JotForm form, which can be hidden so that it does not confuse your users.
So you would have a visible DateTime with DD-MM-YYYY format for your users to select a date.
You would have a second DateTime field with MM-DD-YYYY format. You can set this field as hidden from its advanced settings.
You would pass the date from the first field to the second field by using our insert conditions:
When your users select their DD-MM-YYYY date, the other field would automatically get filled out by the same date in MM-DD-YYYY format:
With this done, you can simply use that hidden DateTime field in your Zapier integration for Google Calendar. Please try it out, and let us know should you need further assistance or run into any snags along the way. We'll be happy to help.

We're glad to hear that, based on the tests we have conducted this seems to be working fine with Zapier integrations. Thank you for confirming it works to your satisfaction as well.
