I have a Paypal order form, and a few pending submissions do not have the required fields such as "name", "email", and "address" filled in. How did they manage to "submit" the form without filling up the required fields? Is there any way I can find that info and how do I prevent reoccurences? Thanks!

It should not be possible. However, is the user did it intentionally (manipulate the form source code) or if the user's browser is outdated or has faulty configuration, it might be possible.
So far, as of testing your form I could not reproduce the problem.
You can also try to test your form by submitting it and then abandon the checkout page. The data should be listed in the incomplete payments afterward.
