How can i get TEXT FIELDS to pass through to all emails?
Courier Booking Form
I want to include within teh form about 10 different Organisation Address's and based on the selection in a given field
'Pick UP From' or 'Drop off To' I want the conditional logic to include the appropriate TEXT box that contains the particular address.
This is working fine - EXCEPT when we test submit - the text box/custom content is NOT transferring to the email
What Am I doing wrong?
What is the best 'Field Type' to use to store these 10 different Address Details that can be revealed as appropriate.
I have used 'User Contributed Drop Down' in the reference list field so that we can add a NEW address at user level on demand
Am I approaching this requirement the wrong way?
How can I get the selected address field that shows fine on teh form - but does not cross over to the NOTIFICATION EMAILSPage URL:

There are 2 Settings option that could be causing the field to be excluded in the form email
In the Clear Hidden Field Value, select the option "Don't Clear" instead.
Let us know if this did not resolved the issue.
