I have been trying to reset my account password for a while now, but I never receive the email when it says it is coming.

I found your email in bounce list. It was the reason you were not able to receive the reset email message. I have fixed it now and removed the email in the blocked list.
Please check your email again as I have resent the password reset email now.
Let us know if issue remains.
