    On the other hand, let me suggest you adding a mobile responsive widget to your form in order to make it mobile friendly. You can find the mobile responsive widget at the following link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/mobile_responsive 

    Please try and if the issue still persists, let us know. Also, please do not forget to add the screenshot of the issue and the form URL that you have this issue to your question.
