In general there are no differences between these methods. However, it can change with respect to the security concern. You think that someone can copy your form and try to steal from your customers. I think this case is probable but the publish technique of yours will not prevent them from doing that. However, it is very hard to replace your domain to have his form working on your page. In this case, he need to attack your server where your page is being served.
