I have created a form using my gold account. I tried to test my form but am unable to submit as it requires a mandatory field to be completed. I cannot find the field neither in the form nor in the back end.

We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.
I've checked your form and at the first sight, I've seen that you do not have any Submit button in your form. So, I've added a Submit button first in order to test it.
On the other hand, if a field is required and if you did not fulfill it; a small warning message should indicate that the field is required and the form should not allow you submit the form as you can see the screenshot below:
So, your form works very differently. You mustn't receive any error message indicating some fields were required after submitting the form.
I have cloned your form on my side and I have received the same error.
All in all, I can say that there is an issue in your form. So, I have forwarded this thread to our software development team in order to investigate the issue further and fix it.
You are going to be informed via this thread as soon as the issue will be fixed.
Thank you for contacting us.

The issue seems like a cache issue. Since, there is no click to edit label on your fields but the error shows there is a field.
In addition, I did not replicate the same issue on my side. As you can see here, your form would have been submitted without any error.
I cleared also your form caches. Could you please try again and let us know if the issue persist on your side. Yoıu may consider to clear your browser caches before try or please try also with other browser.
It would be good for us us to know if you can provide us the console error on your browser during this warning.
Waiting for your return.
