Over submission limit - how to get my other forms back online.

Asked by dduvic on June 08, 2012 at 06:26 PM

I went over my free limit with a form that I didn't even mean to keep active. I've deleted that form from my account. How can we reacivate my other form since it's been disabled. The form that exceeded the was set up as a test form, I didn't realize that it added all of the forms submissions together and was only thinking that the one form would be disabled if it exceeded its limit.

The one form I have remaining is essential to our website, but will only need about 15-20 sumbissions per month.

    Please help.

    Hello dduvic,

Here's an explanation:  All forms in one account will temporarily be suspended once you have reached the collective limit of submissions for one account.  This will be reactivated again starting the 1st day of the month, next month. Deleted forms or deleted submissions will not mean that the submission counts of your form for the month will be reduced.

Since my colleague, Italytech, has already modified your limits, your forms should be back online now.

If you have other questions or concerns, please let us know.
