I repeatedly get a message that I cannot upgrade the account for Wittenberg University. It is urgent that I figure this out - we have multiple people waiting on submission information for upcoming events. Please let me know how to proceed asap. Thank you!

It seems like the VISA card on file ···· 2086 might not longer be valid. Otherwise, please confirm to me what is the plan you wish to upgrade (Storage/Bronze - Monthly/Yearly) and will try to assist you.
