I launched my form this morning for class preregistration. Why am I receiving submissions with no information in the fields that I required?! There is no way for me to track down who submitted this, and I know my parents are probably not happy with resubmitting a reservation when it's a "first-come-first-serve" list. Also, my password code block is not working very well... as you can see.
Please help ASAP!

The code 28194829 is skipping the first page and jumps to this page:
You can remove/hide the submit button so you won't be receiving blank submissions or just the schedule submissions.

I'm not sure what you mean. I have changed the day changers so they are no longer buttons (if they were submitting the form prematurely), but I am still receiving blank submissions. Some are blank and some have all the information. What makes some go through and some not go through?

I cloned the form at https://form.jotform.com/70368529139969 , figured the issue and fixed it.
You are getting partial filled forms because the current conditions on the form http://form.jotform.us/form/70348956150156 allows to skip first page where you collect the primary information like Student Information and Parent Information.
You can check it yourself by clicking next button without entering any code or wrong code.
To fix the issue
1. I added additional form collapse button on page 2
2. Changed the condition as shown in screenshot below:
