We are a clinical research organization in Columbia, Missouri and starting about two months ago, whenever we have a volunteer fill out an online registration form, it has not been coming through at all via email. We never had issues with this in the past 2.5 years until now. As an alternative, these emails are in some way able to be viewed by our Toronto branch, who then send us a slew of them all at once every couple weeks. Our IT man has informed us to go to an old email, and make sure to never block sender, as well as make sure nothing is located in junk email. This has continued to not solve the problem. Is there any way you can help me alleviate this moving forward?

Since you have made sure that email notifications haven't landed in your spam/junk folder, please white-list our JotMail IP addresses within your email service provider: https://support.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
