Form Disabled - all forms even new ones.

    I logged a support call yesterday - Unable to use account that I just paid subscription to.

    Your account was autosuspended by our phishing detector, which is why all the forms are disabled. Although upon checking the forms, I didn't see any form that violated our terms. With this in mind, I have now removed the suspension on your account. Your forms should now be active.
