My form won't enable :-(

    My form doesn't enable even though I enabled it in my settings. Help!

    I checked your form and I noticed that your form has been disabled by our Anti-Phishing System and your account got suspended. However, I went over your form and check the fields but it seems that it is not violating our Terms of Use. Hence, I have now activated your account and your form should be live again. Please avoid adding fields that asks sensitive info from users, login credentials, passwords, credit card details, etc. so that your account will not be suspended again.
